16 øre tak14, RM5, omvendt ramme. of.1.73

Hello all,

I have attached a scan of a 16ore Perf.14, RM5 inverted frame.

There appears to be an oval flaw from the first oval series type 1.73 but this cannot be correct because of the inverted frame. Can anyone identify the printing and position of this stamp?
