I found this 20ore strip which I think is print. 3b pos. 78-80.
I position 78 appears to be OF111 but I cannot see any OFs
for positions 79 and 80.
Comments would be appreciated.

Hi Ed,
Your three-strip contains the clichés 16.178 - 16.189 - 16.190 and therefore is another step in reconstructing plate 16B! The stamp to the right (16.190) has an OM.x and it looks like the oval-line above D is flat (= OF.10?)
Unfortunately this is partly hidden under the cancellation and the solution of your scan is rather low. Please check out!

I am attaching my original scans of the three individual stamps. The
right-hand stamp (16.190) does
indeed look to be OF10.
