Perhaps it is because I have been looking at the stamp below for
too long but I am unable to place it.
The perforation is 12 3/4, the watermark appears to be III and it is an inverted frame. It appears to be print 11 and not print 10 judging by the colours.
I do not think that any of the oval flaws noted in positions 51 or 91 - 100 for either of the printings are present. There is however a dot in the 'K' which is identical to that of OF30.
(The white 'spot' on the left of the oval ring is not on the stamp. It is only a piece of lint on the scanner bed)
Can anybody help?

Try OF.58 instead of OF30 or OF31.
Before D there is a small white dot and on the left oval line have a small dent near the middle of the stamp.
You can see it in TOFDATA.
The position is 96.
